Rules Governing Remittance of School Fee

The due dates for the two installments of school fee are as follows:
For All Classes First Installment :
New Admission - First Installment should be paid on confirmation of admission.
Other Students: First Installment should be paid one month before reopening date for confirmation of continuation of candidature.
For All Classes Second Installment :
Second installment shall be paid on the first working day of the second term.
Non-Payment of fee:
Under any circumstances if first or second installment of fee is not paid within 10 days from the due date the student’s admission stands cancelled.

Mode of Payment: All payments should be paid  through Demand Drafts drawn at Nationalised Banks or through RTGS/NEFT payable at
Karur Vysya Bank, Madanapalle Branch, Chittoor Dist, Andhra Pradesh

The Demand Drafts are to be drawn in favor of “Vasishta School” payable at Madanapalle and to be handed over in person in the school office or to be sent by the registered post. All cash payments are to be done only in the school office and obtain the receipt.
The onus of obtaining a receipt rests solely on the person making payments to the School and Parents/guardians should preserve the receipts obtained from the School.
Student Caution Deposit /Pocket Money (cashless transactions) : 
The following expenses incurred during the stay of the student in the school campus are charged/ debited to caution deposit account which is paid as an advance in addition to the school fee at the time of admission.
*Stationery *confectionery and toiletry items etc and any other items taken from the Tuck Shop * Medicines for illnesses, hospitalization * laundry Cobbler * Barber * Field Trips *Sports Tournaments * Inter-School Cultural Events *Competitions held outside the School campus
All expenditure on Transport, Annual School Magazine, Newsletters and Calendar of Events issued to the parents during the academic year and a one-time expenditure on costumes for major cultural events and refreshments served for students during special programmes outside the campus would also be charged to the student Caution Deposit. The parents should ensure that their child effectively utilizes the Caution Deposit – paid each year by the parent . The unused positive balance of the Caution Deposit would be forwarded / refunded to the student/ parent and if negative balance i.e.,. If the Student spends any excess expenditure more than the Caution Deposit , it is to be immediately paid by the parent to the Caution Deposit Account.
 The total Annual School Fee is subject to a yearly enhancement / revision depending on the increase of goods and services.
Short Messages from School – The School regularly sends messages and E-Mail reminders to all parents. Parents are therefore advised to regularly check their Mails & SMS from School. In case you do not receive any message from School for more than a week, immediately lodge a complaint directly with the School Principal or with the Chief Executive. Parent should mention the Cell number & E-Mail ID on admission form, to which all important information and notices from the School should be reaching and if any changes, information should be given in writing in the school office.
Any student fees under any category- except Interest Fee Deposit (IFD) – once paid cannot be refunded to the parents/ student, under any circumstances, even if the student does not attend school for a single day.
